11:00 AM- 11:30 AM: Registration and Welcome

  • Greeting and check-in

  • Distribution of welcome kits

  • Brief overview of the retreat objectives and schedule

12:00 PM-1:30PM: Lunch & Opening Session - Connect & Introduce - God's Design for Birth and His Heart for YOU!

  • Ice-breaking activities

  • Introductions 

  • Overview of the retreat's theme: Find your village, build connection, experience healing, prepare for a peaceful homebirth.

1:45 PM - 2:15 PM: Group Activity - Nature Walk and Mindful Meditation

  • Guided walk around the cabin surroundings

  • Mindful meditation session

  • Opportunity for reflection and grounding

2:15 PM - 3:00 PM: Personal Quiet Time/Free Time

  • Catered dinner

  • Informal time of connection

  • Facilitated discussions on natural health and wellness

Pregnant Women

  • Workshop: "Faith over Fear" Training in Mindset and Belief Work During Pregnancy

6:30PM-7:30 PM - Village Meeting- Basics of Herbal Healing with Herbalist Paige Hill

  • Herbal medicine for pregnancy, birth and postpartum

8:00 PM- 9:00 PM: Connection Time/Ministering/Prayer around Fire

Pregnant Women

  • Workshop: "Prevention of complications and promotion of healing with proper nutrition"

11:15 AM - 12:30 PM: Brunch & Village Meeting

  • Brunch with healthy options

  • Discussion groups

12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Group Activity - Guided Journaling

  • Guided discussion and journal prompts for the mother

1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Breakout Sessions

Non-Pregnant Women

  • Workshop: "Healing Birth Trauma 101"

  • Birth trauma circle

  • ** For women who've had a traumatic birth only**

Pregnant Women

  • Workshop: "All about vaginal tears"

  • The normalcy of tearing, prevention and healing techniques

3:05 PM - 4:05 PM: Mother's Blessing for ALL Pregnant Moms (Everyone is invited to bless the new mamas)

  • Blessing the new moms

  • Celebration of new life and honoring the familial dynamic change

4:15 PM - 5:00 PM: Cardinal Movement​ Dance Instruction

5:00 PM - 5:15 PM: Closing Session - Reflection and Celebration

  • Group reflection on the retreat experience

  • Celebration of personal growth and connections made
